Who doesn't love to shop at the high end department stores? Walking into Saks or Neimans is like a heavenly excursion, until you look at most of the price tags! I'm all about a good bargain. Most often when I walk into any shopping area, I go STRAIGHT to a sales area, regardless of the store. I look for transitional and traditional shoes that I can grab at a bargain before I go to the current/trend items. If I can get multiple pairs for the price of one newer pair, I feel much better about my purchase. I look for shoes that are durable and will carry on trend for several years. There are various arguments against this method, but it works for me! Now, I won't deny it, I do have several very expensive pairs of shoes in my closet, and I cherish them openly!!!
